Our Story
Trivium Builders was established as the construction and development arm of Trivium Group USA, a Dallas-headquartered real estate and construction holding company founded by Naga Kishore Vankayala.
Kishore built Trivium Builders with a clear vision: combine the precision of a high-performance general contractor with the strategic insight of a real estate developer under one roof in one of the most dynamic construction markets in the country.
Kishore’s first real estate investment came in 2008, a four-plex he learned to manage, repair, and improve from the ground up. By 2017 he had begun building single-family homes, and has since expanded into luxury custom homes, commercial build-outs, and large-scale land development across DFW.
